Surgery postponed until Friday...

After the pre-admin testing we left the hospital and headed over to the Ronald McDonald House...

What a wonderful place for families. It looks like a hotel, unlike service at some hotels the volunteers here are so warm and friendly. The rooms are bright and clean, there is a Teen Room, Children's Play room and huge kitchen set up for multiple families.

A few hours later we received a call that our surgery originally scheduled for 7am Thurday was changed to noon. Ok with me...who wants to wake up at 6 am again.. Then another call that there was a hospital emergency and the surgery was now scheduled for noon on Friday. I dreaded any more (727) incoming calls. Fortunately there were none.. We'll see tomorrow....

I had checked on www.happycow.net (vegeterian/vegan restaurant as well as health food store guide) and there was a raw restaurant in the area. Our navigation showed 1 mile. On the way Nir asked why I couldn't find anything closer...lol..he can be funny. :)

The day ended at St. Pete Pier...with my boys.
